The firm is based in Los Angeles, with additional offices in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, and Charlotte. Intrepid is the middle-market advisory arm of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (NYSE: MUFG), one of the largest financial groups in the world.
The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.
Intrepid Investment Bankers is expanding nationally and seeking experienced Investment Banking Associates across our offices for both M&A and Restructuring advisory. Associates work on dedicated industry groups such as Healthcare, Media, Industrials, Consumer etc. to execute M&A transactions as well as our Special Situations group which specializes in delivering expert advisory services for clients facing unique and complex challenges including debt maturities or defaults, declining financial performance, or litigation.

The typical base pay for this role is $170,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
