Job Description

The Pest Control Service Technician inspects properties, identifies pest issues, applies treatments, and helps customers maintain safe, pest-free environments. This role combines field service, customer education, accurate documentation, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pest inspections and identify pest species and activity.
• Assess properties to determine appropriate treatment approaches.
• Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations.
• Document services, findings, treatments, and follow-up requirements.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and applicable regulations.
• Maintain pest control equipment and supplies.
• Manage service routes and complete follow-up visits as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in pest control services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management and pest identification.
• Familiarity with pesticide application and chemical safety.
• Understanding of EPA regulations and inspection techniques.
• Customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan routes and maintain accurate records.
