Controlled Climate Systems/Metro Heating and Cooling is expanding--and we're looking for a Licensed Plumber to help build and grow our plumbing division in Allegheny County. Known for our craftsmanship, reliability, and integrity, we've built a strong reputation in HVAC and mechanical work--and now we're expanding our plumbing operations. What You'll Be Doing You’ll handle a mix of residential and light commercial plumbing work while helping to shape the foundation of our growing plumbing division. Key Responsibilities: Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial projects Lead or assist in building out the company's plumbing service and installation processes Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing systems and fixtures Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards Work collaboratively with HVAC and project teams Mentor apprentices or junior plumbers as the division grows What We're Looking For Licensed Plumber in Allegheny County (required) 4+ years of plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial work Strong understanding of local plumbing codes and permitting processesAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Professional communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean or nearly clean driving record Pay & Benefits $40 - $50/hour , depending on experience and licensing level Full-time, year-round employment (no seasonal layoffs) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays, vacation Company vehicle and tools provided Opportunities for leadership and advancement as the division grows Supportive, team-first culture where field staff are respected and backed by the office Why Join Controlled Climate Systems/Metro Heating and Cooling?
